P66 RALLYE™ 2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
PLEASE COMPLETE THE P66 RALLYE 2026 APPLICATION FORM WITH PERSONAL DETAILS AND VEHICLE DESCRIPTION.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE P66 RALLYE, AS WELL AS UTILIZING OUR WEBSITE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS WITHIN OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

BY COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION AND PARTICIPATING IN THE P66 RALLYE 2026, YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTAINED HEREIN; and (B) AGREE TO TENDER PAYMENT OF THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION FEE. ALL ENTRY FEE PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
The P66 Rallye requires an entry fee per car. Registration is not complete until payment has been received.
RALLY FORMAT AND CONDUCT
The P66 Rallye (the “Rallye”) is not a race. Participants must not compete in any manner with other drivers or place bets related to the Rallye.
Drivers must act with courtesy, responsibility, and respect for the public, fellow participants, and the roads.
Reckless driving, shoulder driving, cutting off other cars, or endangering participants, the public, or property in any way is strictly prohibited.
Driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, intoxicants, or while impaired by fatigue, illness, or any condition that compromises safety is prohibited.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Participants must comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws throughout the Rallye, including but not limited to:
Speed limits and traffic regulations
Vehicle safety and registration requirements
Driver’s license requirements
Insurance requirements
Regulations regarding the possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances
The P66 Rallye Foundation reserves the right to prohibit or remove any participant for any violation of these rules or for conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
The Rallye welcomes all makes, models, and years of vehicles, though the event highlights Porsche, sports, classic, rally, and custom-built cars.
Entry is limited in number, and acceptance is based on curating a diverse and unique group of vehicles.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All drivers and passengers (“Participants”) must be 21 years or older to take part in the Rallye.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRAVEL
Unless specifically stated in writing, flights, airfare, vehicle transport, and other travel expenses are not included.
Hotel accommodations may be included depending on the chosen registration package.
INSURANCE AND LICENSING
Each Participant must hold a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Each Participant must have a valid vehicle registration and insurance in their name.
Insurance must include third-party liability, medical coverage, and coverage for participation in an event of this nature.
Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
LIABILITY, RISK, AND INDEMNITY
The Rallye is inherently dangerous. Participants acknowledge the risks of accidents, collisions, injuries, or death.
Participants assume all risks associated with participation.
Participants release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the P66 Rallye Foundation, its officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, and
assigns from all claims, damages, suits, or liabilities arising from participation.
Participants agree not to sue the Rallye or its affiliates for any injuries, losses, or damages, even if caused by negligence.
LOGOS AND SPONSORSHIP
Participants agree to display official Rallye decals and sponsor logos provided by the Rallye at all times during the event. Logos may not be altered or obscured.
Personal sponsorships on vehicles or clothing must receive prior written approval from the Rallye organizers. Unauthorized sponsored vehicles may be denied participation.
MEDIA AND PUBLICITY
By participating, Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded.
The P66 Rallye Foundation retains the right to use participant images, likenesses, and vehicles for promotional and media purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without further consent or compensation.
Participants may capture personal photos and video for non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires written consent from the Rallye organizers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration fees are non-refundable.
Participants unable to attend may sell or transfer their registration to another qualified participant with written approval. The new participant must complete the official registration form.
At the Rallye’s discretion, cancellations with at least 60 days’ notice may be credited toward a future event (credit must be used within the following calendar year).
Cancellations within 60 days of the event are transfer only (no credits).
FORCE MAJEURE
The Rallye is not liable for cancellations, postponements, or modifications due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic/epidemics, acts of government, strikes, terrorism, or other force majeure circumstances.
NON-COMPETE
Participants may not solicit Rallye participants for competing events or create a conflicting rally during or after participation. The Rallye reserves the right to revoke participation and sponsorships without refund in cases of conflict of interest.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Washington state courts.
AGREEMENT
By purchasing entry and participating in the P66 Rallye 2026, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions above.
